Purchasing from this blogspot implies that you are fully aware, understand and had oblige to the terms and condition
1. For new items, buyers will need to pay down payment for the products they have ordered.
2. Goods sold are strictly non-refundable.
3. Kindly please make payment within 3 days after the confirmation of order is being emailed to you. Nocancellation, changes of order or refund of payment will be entertained.
4. All payments are to be made either by ATM transfer to POSB saving account or done on the spot. Details of account and total payment will be stated in the confirmation email.
5. We will NOT be responsible for any lost items post via registered postage or normal postage (choose this option at your own risk) at buyer's options.

7. Buyers are to bear the transportation fee if you request to meet up @ other places besides bukit batok mrt station
